Alles wat je nodig hebt is een bal van wol, een plastic schort, een bal van de grootte van uw keuze en een kom van witte lijm. Zodra verzamelde al dit materiaal, wol duikt in de lijm kom. Maak dan gebruik van de ballon om wol te verlengen. Wacht maar tot je het resultaat zien, het is prachtig! U zult een zeer unieke lamp te hebben! Bekijk de video hieronder
- Finished Size: 70 wide x 65 (You'll notice it finishes wider than the

- 6 skeins of size 5 or 6 yarn in each color. I used Loops and Threads -
yarn (sold at Michaels). Bernat Sofftee Chunky is very similar! any
other thicker size 5 or 6 yarn with slight texture will give you a

-Size Q or 16 mm crochet hook. Also known as a speed hook.

Instructions
1. Take 2 strands at the same time and make a slip knot. Tighten around the hook.
2. Chain 70 chains... or 50 inches with very little tension.
3.
hdc in 3rd chain from hook and repeat in each chain all the way down,
use very little tension at this point, it will help you down the line.
4. Ch 2 and turn.
5.
hdc in 2nd stitch over from edge of the blanket and continue in each
stitch. Be sure to get the hdc in that last turning chain stitch.
6. Ch 2 and turn
7.Repeat until you run out of that color yarn.
-When
you run out of yarn, I did not run out at the same time. Tie the 2 ends
(the yarn you are using and the new yarn) and continue. Don't forget to
weave in all the little ends later. When you run out of the next skein
of yarn, attache the next skein. This way the tails to be weaved in will
be staggered and unnoticeable.
8. When you finish a row of color 1
and don't have enough to complete another row, add your new color when
you make your last hdc. WHen you have the 3 loops on your hook for that
last stitch, add the 2 strands on your hook and pull through. Tighten
everything up, chain 2 and turn continuing on like we have been.
9.
Continue adding skeins of yarn and change to your 3rd color and crochet
until you can fully complete a row and cannot complete another.
10. Weave in all the ends very well.

Haakpatroon popcornsteekgranny’s – Deel 1
Omdat er veel vraag was naar hoe ik de granny’s uit de vorige blogpost haakte, hierbij deel 1 van het haakpatroon:
Kleur 1 – popcornsteekrondjes
De eerste drie toeren haakte ik aan de hand van het haakpatroon van Mille Makes, die ik vond via CocoRoseDiaries. Omdat niet iedereen het Engels volgt, hierbij de vertaling:
Toer 1: Haak vier lossen en sluit met een halve vaste. Haak 1 losse en vervolgens 7 vasten in de ring.
Toer 2: Haak in elke vaste (8x) een popcornsteek gevolgd door 3 lossen. Hoe je een popcornsteek haakt, leg ik uit in deze tutorial: Haakpatroon Popcornsteek Ponchorand. Sluit met een halve vast.
Toer 3: Haak een halve vaste in de lossenboog en haak een popcornsteek om de lossenboog (het eerste stokje vervang je door 3 lossen), haak 3 lossen en haak nog een popcornsteek in hetzelfde lossenboogje. Haak 3 lossen en haak in de volgende lossenboog: 1 popcornsteek, 3 lossen, 1 popcornsteek. Herhaal dit tot je rond bent en sluit met een halve vaste achter in de eerste popcornsteek en hecht af.
Kleur 2 – 1e bloemblaadjesrand
Toer 4: Hecht aan om een lossenboog, haak 1 losse (=1 vaste) en 3 lossen, haak 1 vaste om de volgende lossenboog en weer 3 lossen. Herhaal dit tot je rond bent en sluit met een halve vaste in de eerste losse.
Toer 5: Haak een halve vaste om de lossenboog, haak 1 losse (=1 vaste), 3 stokjes en 1 vaste in dezelfde lossenboog. In elke volgende lossenboog: 1 vaste, 3 stokjes, 1 vaste. Sluit met een halve vaste en hecht af.
